Fitting of work clothes for KTV waiters in bars
1. When a KTV waiter enters the store or is transferred, the person in charge of each department will lead the KTV waiter himself, and bring the personnel entry form to the warehouse to receive work clothes and accessories according to the outfit standard, and go through the registration procedures. The work clothes room should first choose the size Equivalent spare work clothes configuration. If there is no suitable spare work clothes for the new position, the warehouse shall report to the office and notify the manufacturer to make after approval by the administrative deputy general manager.
2. When changing work clothes, the work clothes room has worked out the time for changing work clothes for each department (front office waiter once a week, supervisor and above twice a month, kitchen KTV waiter twice a week), and change clothes on time. When changing work clothes, the KTV attendant needs to bring the old work clothes to the work clothes room to change and go through the registration procedures.
3. When the outsourcing work clothes are handed over, the supply unit is responsible for the modification of the KTV attendants who are not fit. After the KTV attendants receive it, there is no special situation, and generally they will not be modified. Any modification of work clothes without permission is a violation of discipline and should be compensated by the party concerned.
4. The payment regulations for accessories when the KTV attendant leaves the store are as follows:
①. Women’s long and short socks: if they are distributed for less than one month when they leave the store, they will be compensated at the original price;
② Leather shoes: if they are distributed for less than 3 months when they leave the store, they will be compensated at the original price;
③. Men’s socks: if they are distributed for less than one and a half months when leaving the store, they will be compensated at the original price; the above items are certified by the cash receipt from the Finance Department before the relevant procedures can be processed.
5. The accessories of work clothes are counted by the person in charge of each department and the number of accessories are counted. The department manager signs and reports to the office. After approval by the executive deputy general manager, the warehouse purchases and the department manager collects and distributes them to the KTV attendants.
6. The KTV attendant who leaves the shop must return the work clothes to the work clothes room. After the acceptance is passed, the warehouse management staff will sign the notice of leaving the staff.
